Appointments
Appointments can be made by calling our office (970) 368-5707 during business hours. Online booking is available 24 hours on our website: https://thebeauty-rehab.com/.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete required forms including the Health History, and Treatment Consent forms.
- Cancellation Policy: If you do not arrive for an appointment, or you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged a non-refundable $150 fee, as it impacts our business and the care of other patients.
- Late Arrival. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, we may reschedule your appointment. If You are consistently late for appointments (more than 3 times) We may dismiss You from receiving any additional Services from Beauty Rehab. If you are more than 10 minutes late, that is considered a ‘no show’ and you will be charged.
- Storing Your Financial Information. We store your credit or debit card on file for cancellation and booking deposit fees.
Credit Card on File
All guests and patients at Beauty Rehab will need to provide a credit/debit card for reservation purposes.
Use and Authorization
- The credit card on file will be securely stored and encrypted for convenient use during services and reservations.
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the credit card on file will be charged a “late cancellation” or “no-show” fee.
- Exceptions to this policy are made when deferring treatment is necessary for safety reasons only.
- If you have extenuating circumstances, please call (970) 368-5707 as early as possible to prevent automated fee processing.
