Andrea Uliano, RN, BSN, MSW
Founder | aesthetic Nurse Injector
Before becoming a nurse and injector, Andrea Uliano worked as a licensed medical social worker, advocating for patients, guiding them through crises, and ensuring they received the help they needed. During that time, she collaborated with numerous medical professionals and witnessed the profound impact a kind, attentive, and communicative caregiver could have on patients.
This inspired her to pursue a career as a care provider, leading her to earn her bachelor’s degree in nursing—her third academic degree. Andrea worked throughout the pandemic and became a certified advanced cosmetic nurse injector.
In 2023, she opened The Beauty Rehab, where she offers holistic care that nurtures the body, mind, and skin.
Passionate about helping her patients gain confidence in their skin, Andrea takes the time to educate everyone who walks through her door, empowering them to address their skin concerns at home. She is also expanding her medical knowledge by pursuing a master’s degree in nursing, with plans to become a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the near future.
Bri Jensen, RN, BSN

Bri Jensen is an experienced Registered Nurse with over a decade of clinical expertise. Her diverse professional background, which spans oncology, perioperative care, clinical settings, and IV hydration therapy, brings a valuable depth to the care she provides.
Throughout her career, she has developed both technical and interpersonal skills that ensure her patients’ safety and comfort.
As a Colorado native, Bri feels fortunate to play an active role in a community she genuinely cares for.
Dr. Kellie Stivers, MD
Medical Director
As a board-certified anesthesiologist with over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Stivers takes an active role in guiding the medical practices at Beauty Rehab.
She only uses substances that she has personally worked with, and she carefully educates the Beauty Rehab team on best practices learned from her years of clinical experience.
Education is a lifelong journey in this rapidly evolving industry, and Andrea and Dr. Stivers work diligently to stay on top of emerging medical aesthetics research. She makes a point to remain active in the field and continues to treat patients at Rocky Mountain Beauty Bar.
Dr. Stivers has very high standards at Beauty Rehab, using only the highest-quality, evidence-based techniques, devices, and substances.
Tara Mulloy
Esthetician
Tara recently relocated to Summit County from Kansas City, Missouri, bringing with her a deep passion for skincare that began with her personal experience overcoming acne. This journey not only improved her self-esteem but also inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others achieve healthier, more radiant skin.
With a degree in Health Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia, she has a strong educational foundation that complements her hands-on expertise in advanced skincare treatments.
In her role as an esthetician at a medical spa, she gained extensive experience working with medical professionals to deliver results-oriented skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and laser therapies. She takes a compassionate and customized approach, tailoring treatments to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her aim is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where clients feel supported and empowered throughout their skincare journey.
