How does dermal filler work?
Dermal fillers can make the skin look more plump and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, which can give you an overall more youthful appearance and provide more symmetry.
What areas can you treat with filler?
Filler is a natural-looking way to treat wrinkles and fine lines, including smile lines, marionette lines, nasal-labial folds, under-eye wrinkles, and vertical lines.
We don’t inject filler into high-risk areas like the chin and cheeks, but we’re happy to refer you to a trusted provider who specializes in ultrasound-guided injections.
Q: What is the cost of dermal filler?
Dermal filler is $600 per treatment area.
Treatment areas include smile lines, marionette lines, nasal-labial folds, and vertical lines.

The Risks of Filler
Injecting anything into your body comes with a certain level of risk. Bruising, swelling, and pain at the injection site are all common side effects of filler injections.
What is much less common – but much more serious – is something called vascular occlusion.
Vascular occlusion is when filler is unintentionally injected into an artery, stopping or limiting blood flow through that artery. Even the best injector with the most education and training in the entire world can experience this.
What most injectors in Colorado won’t tell you
Most aesthetic injectors in Colorado are not licensed medical professionals
Make no mistake: this is not the norm in the majority of the United States, where being a licensed medical professional is the bare minimum requirement in order to inject dermal filler.
We only allow licensed medical professionals (RNs, NPs, and MDs) with extensive injector-specific training to treat our patients.
Most hospitals do not carry the antidote to dermal fillers, and neither do many injectors.
Should you have a medical emergency and need to dissolve your filler, a hospital is unlikely to be able to dissolve the filler.
We carry filler dissolver at all times, and our team of licensed medical professionals are qualified to dissolve your filler AND provide immediate care for any medical emergency you may be experiencing.
We don’t say this to scare you: we simply want you to be equipped with the information you need to make a fully-informed decision when you choose to work with any injector.
While we love to use filler with our patients, we will never shy away from informing you of the risks.
We will put our patients’ wellbeing over profits every single time.
Ultimately, we hope that you choose to work with an injector who is qualified to safely inject you and safely address any adverse medical event that can (and do!) occur.
